To formulate effective policies, governments need expert technical support. PEL companies have extensive experience in supporting governments at all levels not only formulate but also implement envrionmental programs and policies.

PAEHolmes for example was instrumental in establishing the National Pollutant Inventory (NPI), a key body in the Australian Government's efforts in managing and reducing air pollution. Toxikos, another PEL company, has also helped governments establish policies in occupational and environmental health.
